General Terms and Conditions

Article 1. Applicability

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by Procestimal, including the Lean Toolbox.

1.2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2.1. Procestimal offers the Lean Toolbox on a subscription basis with the following options:

a. Monthly subscription: €39 per month per user (excluding 21% VAT);

b. Annual subscription: €390 per year per user (excluding 21% VAT). This offers a price advantage equivalent to two free months.

2.2. New users receive a free 30-day trial period during which they can cancel at any time without charge.

2.3. After the trial period, the subscription is automatically renewed unless the user cancels in a timely manner.

2.4. No money-back guarantee applies after payment.

3.1. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. In such cases, the subscription remains valid until the end of the current billing period.

3.2. Procestimal reserves the right to terminate a subscription in the event of any breach of these general terms and conditions.

4.1. Use of the Lean Toolbox is strictly personal and on a per-user basis.

4.2. A company may share a single account, but simultaneous login on multiple devices is not possible.

4.3. It is permitted to display the Toolbox content on a screen for instructional purposes, provided the user has a valid subscription.

4.4. Copying, distributing, or modifying the content is not allowed without Procestimal’s written permission.

4.5. The material may be used in commercial training sessions, as long as it is used directly from the Toolbox and not copied.

5.1. All content of the Lean Toolbox, including course materials, templates, and methodologies, remains the property of Procestimal.

5.2. Users obtain only a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Toolbox within the boundaries of these terms and conditions.

6.1. Procestimal accepts no liability for any errors or inaccuracies in the Lean Toolbox.

6.2. Procestimal is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the application of knowledge from the Toolbox in practice.

7.1. Procestimal reserves the right to index prices annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

7.2. Price increases up to the level of inflation may be implemented without prior notice. Higher price increases must be communicated in advance.

8.1. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

8.2. Disputes will initially be resolved through mediation.

8.3. If mediation does not provide a solution, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
