1. Account

Can I share my account with others? No, your account is personal and may not be shared with others.

Can I show material from the e-learning platform on screen for colleagues to explain specific subjects to them? Yes, as a registered account holder you are allowed to use the material in your work yourself or to train others in specific subjects. As long as you do not copy the contents of the course material in any form.

I have a large organization, can I arrange access for a large amount of people at once? We normally focus only on providing accounts to individual account holders. In case you are interested in acquiring a large amount of accounts at once, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

How can I cancel my subscription? Go to our Login page and open the customer portal. There you can cancel your subscription.

2. Content

I see that for now, only Lean modules are available online. Will the price change in the future when Six Sigma modules become available? No, the price of €9.99 or $11.99 per month will stay the same regardless of the amount of Lean Six Sigma content available. Therefore you will get more and more customer value for your money in the time to come.

Is there an easy way to use the platform on my mobile phone or tablet? Yes, download the TalentLMS app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and log in to procestimal.talentlms.com with your personal account details.

In what languages is the content available? The e-learning modules are currently only available in English.

Can I get in touch with a teacher? No, our platform is designed to be an e-learning-only platform. This allows us to keep it flexible and costs low. If you prefer live classes then our platform might not be suitable for you to help you get Lean Six Sigma certified. After certification though, our toolbox filled with management tools may be helpful when working with the methodology.

I am a small business owner with little or no personnel, what’s in it for me? Lean Six Sigma is more commonly used by larger organizations than by small businesses. But that might be mainly attributed to the high barriers to entry as explained on our story page. We believe that our platform may be useful to all organizations, big and small. So please be invited to try it out for free and see if we can be of value to your organization.

3. Certification

I didn’t get a certification after completing all modules, why is that? Since we believe in independent 3rd-party certification, we do not provide certifications ourselves as proof of your Lean ability. If you want to get Lean certified, we recommend you take your certification test at IASSC.

I do not find you at IASSC as an Accredited Training Provider, why is that? Our course material is based on the IASSC Body of Knowledge, and we do have the ambition to become an IASSC Accredited Training Provider. For now, we have not been certified yet to be so and that explains why we are not currently visible in their database.

If I complete your course material for a specific Lean (Six Sigma) Belt, do you guarantee that I will pass the IASSC exam? No, we sincerely try to provide you with the best possible preparation for the IASSC exams. We do not offer any guarantee though that you will pass your exam or that there might be a mistake or omission in our course material. If you do notice anything wrong or missing in our course modules, please let us know so that we can improve it as soon as possible.

4. Financial

What does access to your e-learning platform cost? Unlimited access is available on a subscription basis of only €9.99 or $11.99 per month. We now offer you the 1st month of free access to be able to try it out yourself. If you unsubscribe before the end of the month you will not be charged anything.

Can I try it out before buying it? Yes, you can try the platform for free for 30 days. After which you will be charged €9.99 or $11.99 monthly for unlimited access to all available content.

Is there a trial period available? Yes, there is a free trial period available of 30 days. You do need to fill out your payment details to start the free trial period but you will not be charged until after the trial period has expired.

Is there a minimum subscription period? No, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Whether it is in the free trial period or afterward.

What payment methods are available? We currently accept almost all online payment methods available, but some may not be available to you due to your country of residence. We offer support for credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay), Cartes Bancaires, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Link, BLIK, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Sofort, Klarna and SEPA.

How can I change my payment method? Go to our customer portal and pick one of the other available payment methods.

I want to try the platform with the free trial month, but my payment details are asked anyway. Why is that? On gaining access to the e-learning, you will be asked to fill in your payment details that will be needed for payment of the subscription fee after the trial month ends. You will not be charged anything until the trial period is over and you decide to continue using the platform.

Is VAT included in the subscription price? No, the services we provide are VAT-exempt. Therefore we do not charge you this tax.
