FAQ

1. Content

I see that only Lean modules are currently available. Will Six Sigma modules become available? Yes. The content library is being expanded gradually, and Six Sigma modules are planned for future publication.

Is there an easy way to use the platform on my mobile phone or tablet? Yes. Open the website on your device and use your browser’s “Add to Home Screen” option to create a shortcut that works much like a regular app.

In which languages is the content available? The website and learning materials are currently available in English only. That said, automatic translation technology has improved dramatically in recent years. Most browsers can instantly translate web pages into your preferred language. This makes the content accessible to a much wider international audience without requiring separate translations for each language.

Can I get in touch with a teacher or coach? No. The platform is entirely self-study and does not provide access to instructors or coaching services. This allows the content to remain freely accessible. If you prefer live classes or personal guidance, a traditional training provider may be a better fit.

I am a small business owner with few or no employees. Is Lean Six Sigma relevant to me? While Lean Six Sigma is most commonly associated with larger organizations, many of its principles can also help small businesses improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase customer value. You are welcome to explore the content and determine which tools are useful for your situation.

2. Certification

How can I become Lean or Six Sigma certified after studying the material? The website provides educational content only and does not issue certifications. If you wish to obtain an independent certification, you should contact a recognized certification body like IASSC.

Does the website provide accredited training? No. The website offers free educational resources and is not currently an accredited training provider.

If I complete all course material, am I guaranteed to pass a certification exam? No. The material is intended to help you prepare, but no guarantee can be given that you will pass any external certification exam. If you notice errors, omissions, or outdated information, please let us know so improvements can be made.
